How many meetings should a mentor and mentee have?
The mentor and the mentee themselves choose the number and format of meetings, depending on the request of the mentee and the mentor's capabilities. This can be a one-time consultation or a series of meetings with regular work on the request. We recommend meeting for 1 hour at least once a month.
- We recommend you to watch sessions about the mentoring program with the president of the community Anastasia Grets

How the program works?
Mentee forms its request and sends it through the platform pro-women.ru/en/mentoring one or more mentors.
The mentor receives the request, studies it, and decides whether to work or not.
If the mentor accepts the request, a tandem is formed.
After the mentor has accepted the application from the mentee, the tandem participants can see each other's contacts.
We recommend you do not delay and contact Mentee promptly and schedule your first meeting-acquaintance.
06
How is my mentor rating generated in the program?
The mentor rating is formed on the basis of all the reviews and ratings that the mentee gives you.
By default, all mentors have the highest rating of 5 at the start of the program.

We recommend you to check your email address regularly (including the spam folder) so that you don't miss the request.
10
What should I do after creating a tandem (approval of the application from mentee)?
Contact your mentee (after the application is approved, you will see his contacts) and arrange a meeting.
This is best to complete within the first 3 days of approval of the request.
We recommend that you first hold a 30-minute setup meeting to get acquainted, discuss the mentee request, and see if you are ready to continue working.
11
I am a mentor and have already recruited a mentee, or I do not have enough time for new tandems, and requests from new mentees continue to arrive.
You can suspend the receipt of a request from a new mentee.
Go to your personal account, then to the mentor's account and edit the questionnaire.
By ticking the "Stop applications for a while" box, the questionnaire will be hidden from the search, but will be saved in the system.
By unticking, you can activate the application form and continue to recruit mentee at any time.
12
Mentee's request does not match to my experience and competence, what should I do?
It happens, and it's not a problem.
In this case, it is best to reject the request so that the mentee can choose a mentor with a suitable profile.

It's okay, it happens. Most likely, the mentor can't start working with you due to the request profile or limited time. Try to reformulate your request and choose someone else from our mentors: https://pro-women.ru/en/mentoring/catalog.

Great! Now you can see the mentor's contacts, and you can get started. Take the initiative: contact the mentor, discuss the request, and make an appointment.

You can send as many requests as you want. We recommend sending a request to two or three mentors at once. Be sure to calculate the time and effort, working with a mentor is a time-consuming process.
20
How to choose a mentor?
Formulate for yourself the most specific goal or request that you need a mentor to solve. Only then should you start choosing a mentor in the catalog: https://pro-women.ru/en/mentoring/catalog/. Carefully study the questionnaires, the profile, and the mentor's background to understand how well do you match together. We recommend using advanced search and filters to search through the list of mentors.
